I had the following assignment when I was in Primary Three to describe an "Encounter with a thief in the MRT train station" . It was rather fun developing the story ;-) “Tick! Tick!” Second after second dragged by as Janet waited for the train to arrive. As she was waiting, she noticed a suspicious-looking middle-aged man. Janet observed him and saw that the middle-aged man was dressed in a blue shirt, a pair of brown pants and he had glasses on. She saw that the man was staring at an elderly man’s wallet in his rear pocket. Just then, the train arrived. When the elderly man was about to board the train, the middle-aged man saw his chance and pulled the wallet out from the elderly man’s pocket. Then, the middle-aged man took off, as swift as the wind, towards the exit of the train station. When Janet saw what had happened, she first stood rooted to the ground. After raining her composure, Janet alerted the security guard by shouting at the top ...
